Firstly, the development is imbalanced.
Generally speaking, enterprises of East China develop faster and better than those of Central China; of Central China faster and better than those of West China and of big cities faster and better than those of small and remote towns and counties.
Secondly, not much funds injected into the information technology.
Statistics show that from 1995 to the end of 2000, the funds injected by enterprises into the information technology industry merely accounted for 0.21 per cent of the total assets of enterprises.
